This page will contain updates and project information regarding the Emergency Operations Center Facility project that is currently under design and is expected to start construction in 2024. 

Public meetings were held on Thursday, December 14 (6:30 - 8:00 pm) and Saturday, December 16, 2023 (1:30 - 3:00 pm) at the Hilton Garden Inn (2250 Don Roser Dr., Las Cruces, NM  88011).  These were "drop-in" meetings with no set agenda, so residents with questions and comments could arrive/depart at any time during the meetings.
